At True North Dads, we want you to be happy with your order. If something is not right, we’ll do our best to put it right quickly and fairly.

Returns

As a UK customer, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your items under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

To be eligible for a return due to a change of mind:

  • Items must be unworn, unused, and in their original condition
  • Items must be returned in their original packaging where possible
  • You must contact us within 14 days of delivery to request a return

Once your return request has been approved, the item must be returned within 14 days.

Please note:

  • Customers are responsible for return postage costs unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect
  • We recommend using a tracked delivery service, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit during return shipping

Damaged, Faulty, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 30 days of delivery.

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photographs showing the problem

If approved, we will offer a replacement, refund, or exchange at no additional cost to you.

Refunds

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome of your refund request.

Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within a reasonable timeframe. Please note that your bank or payment provider may take additional time to process the refund.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless:

  • the item was faulty
  • the item was damaged
  • the wrong item was supplied

Non-Returnable Items

We reserve the right to refuse returns that:

  • show signs of wear or use
  • are returned outside the applicable return period
  • are not returned in a resaleable condition

Print-on-Demand Fulfilment

All products are made to order through our fulfilment partners. Because of this, slight variations in print placement, colour tone, or garment sizing may occur and do not automatically qualify as faults.
